Shipping FAQs

FREE Shipping will apply to orders of $100 or more when placed on COLAMCO.com. FREE shipping on IT equipment applies to UPS and FedEx Ground orders only. IT equipment orders with special shipping requirements will incur freight charges.

COLAMCO's free shipping may not apply to heavyweight or oversized products. When a multi-line order includes items that do not qualify for free shipping (e.g., heavyweight or oversized), shipping will be charged for those specific line items only. Shipping will not be charged for other qualifying items if the minimum order threshold is met and the default ground carrier is selected.

Special shipping requirements include Next Day, Overnight, or 2-Day Service. The FREE Shipping offer is not valid on paper products or oversized orders. FREE Shipping applies to orders shipped within the continental United States only. It does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Shipping charges are based on the total order weight as follows:

COLAMCO.com will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via email. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped.

To track your order, first obtain your Tracking Number. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once the container is processed at the Carrier Central processing facility, up to 72 hours after shipment. Use this tracking number on the shipper's website or when contacting the shipper directly.

Your order number is shown on your onscreen confirmation page and in your order confirmation email.

We will make every attempt to cancel your order if requested, but if the item has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If you would like to return an item, please complete the form at https://www.colamco.com/rma to request an RMA.

Please contact the shipper for further status on your package. The priority of delivery is determined by the shipper.

If the item shows obvious damage by the shipper, inform the driver that you do not want to receive it. If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, file a claim within 3 days. Contact the shipper and get a control number, then email us at customerservice@colamco.com. If the item appears to be damaged from the manufacturer, immediately contact COLAMCO support.

Verify that you have received all boxes and checked all packing material. If you are still missing an item, email us at customerservice@colamco.com.

Items may be sent in multiple packages due to safety, weight, size, and warehouse locations. If stocked in different warehouses, items cannot be boxed together.

Shipping is usually reduced for multiple items based on weight, size, safety, and insurance. Place all items in the cart to view adjusted shipping costs. Some items may incur separate shipping charges due to special discounts.

Currently, COLAMCO does not accept international orders. An order is defined as international if it ships outside the 50 United States or if the credit card has a billing address outside the U.S.

We cannot deliver to APO, FPO, PSC, PO Boxes, or UPS stores due to shipping restrictions.

Items purchased with electronic delivery will be available once the order is submitted and approved. Additional documentation will be emailed to the account on record. Note: Electronic delivery purchases are non-refundable.

If the shipping address does not match your confirmed address on PayPal, the order will be canceled to prevent fraud. Funds will be restored. To avoid cancellation, ensure the addresses match before submitting.

We cannot accept returns for special order items, memory, or other items that are not re-saleable.
