Drop-in-box instructions Written for the user to self-refresh, so no technician visit and no help-desk call is needed to get the new device running.
Prepaid shipping label Included for the user to return the legacy asset, so the old device comes back to us rather than sitting in a spare room.
30-day transition period The user’s device is held for 30 days, so any data or applications they did not remove themselves can still be accessed.
Recycling and value recovery The old device is recycled or remarketed at end of life, with any residual value credited back. See recycling & value recovery.
