A 2 Year Silver Hardware Maintenance Plan is available for the Vertiv Avocent ACS 5000/ACS 6000/ACS 8000 Advanced Console Servers 8 port models. The hardware extended warranty includes return material authorization (RMA) and phone support. Hardware maintenance offers product updates, extended tech support and expedited product returns. Advanced next-business-day replacement unit delivered prior to shipping failed unit to Vertiv.
