he Emerald® GE Gateway introduces a shared mode feature for Virtual Machines. It can be connected at any location on the Emerald IP KVM network. Each Emerald GE unit can service up to 8 virtual machines, enabling simultaneous connections for up to 8 Emerald users on each VM (up to 64 users in total).
Unlike traditional KVM or virtual access solutions that limit concurrency, display options, or require extra hardware, Emerald GE is software-driven, scalable, and unified across physical and virtual control room assets - all managed through Boxilla®. Because it is hardware-free at the host, Emerald GE is cost-effective.
