With the purchase of the Epson Preferred Plus Commercial Service and Support Plan (the "Plan" or "Agreement"), you will receive expert technical support and the convenience of advanced exchange.

This Plan document, along with your receipt for the purchase of the Plan, governs the service that you will receive from us to protect your Product.

This Plan is only available to customers who meet the program requirements. It is offered to and intended only for our commercial customers of Epson SureLab D1000 Series Printers

You will receive an email with Plan activation instructions. Once you activate the Plan, you will receive a confirmation email which includes the Plan Start Date.
