In addition customers are entitled to theExtreme Networks Managed Services Gateway for realtime access to network health, performance and securityissues, saved configurations, an inventory database andstandardized network reports.

Network and device events that are detected andcollected via the remote monitoring process aresystematically evaluated, correlated and presented tocustomer via a pre-prescribed alarm notification processin support of a customer initiated maintenance servicerequest (Operational Software update or upgrade, partsreplacement, configuration setting, etc.)
