ExtremeWorks Premier Plus - AHR offerings providescontinuous proactive remote network monitoring,incident and problem management, proactivechange and configuration management technicalsupport, Operational Software updates and upgradesand advanced parts replacement for CoveredProducts (as defined herein) according to levels ofpurchase. In addition, customers are entitled to theExtreme Networks Managed Services Gateway for realtime access to network health, performance andsecurity issues, saved configurations, an inventorydatabase, and standardized network reports.A designated managed services account managerwill be assigned, and scheduled review sessions held.The ExtremeWorks Premier Plus - AHR service isdesigned to identify potentially critical networksituations and take actions before they becomebusiness disruptions.
