HP will reply conforming successful registration of serial numbers provided or failure of some or all to register. In the latter case, customers will need to re-submit valid serial numbers within 2 business days to complete the service or Service PO will be considered closed. Service POs can only be submitted once per request and must match the quantity of serial numbers requested for the service requested.
