Orders with special shipping requirements will be charged appropriate freight fees. Special shipping requirements include next day, overnight or other priority services.

Free shipping applies to UPS and FedEx ground shipments only.

Free shipping does not apply to heavyweight or oversize products.

When a multi-item order is placed and one of the items does not qualify for free shipping (heavyweight or oversize), shipping will be charged for that line item only. Shipping will not be charged for all other line items providing the minimum order threshold is met and the default ground carrier is selected.

Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the continental United States only. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

The free shipping offer is not valid on paper products and oversized orders.

Warranty FAQ

Is a CPS Warranty just an extension of the existing manufacturer's warranty?

No, actually it's an upgrade to your existing manufacturer's warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that aren't offered by manufacturers like accidental damage & free shipping.

What's the difference between a Replacement Plan and Repair Plan?

A Replacement Plan is available for products under $150. If the product fails, you will be reimbursed for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax.

A Repair Plan is for products over $150 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it!

How am I covered?

For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product. For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years (depending on which plan you purchase). Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product.

Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?

Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.

Is my product covered if it's stolen or if I lose it?

Unfortunately the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.

Is there a deductible?

Zero dollar deductible for the Replacement Plans and the Repair Plans.

What happens if my product breaks?

You can contact CPS directly to file a claim in three ways:

Online at www.cpscentral.com and click the “File a Claim” button
Via email at cs@cpscentral.com
Call in toll free at 800-905-0443

Tax exemption

If your organization is tax exempt, after completing your order you will need to email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to our Accounting Compliance team at ccsecurity@colamco.com along with your order number. We will then be able to remove the taxes from your order before your payment is finalized.

What each availability state means

In stock. The units are on the shelf and ship on the next open shipment slot. The buy box shows the live order-by countdown for that slot.

Limited stock. 20 or fewer units were on the shelf at the last count. It ships the same way as in stock while the count holds, and the buy box states the count and when it was taken.

Backorder. None are on the shelf right now. You can order it, and it ships as soon as it is back in stock.

Special order. The item ships direct from the manufacturer and cannot be cancelled once ordered. These typically ship in 1-12 weeks.

Unavailable. The item cannot be ordered at present. Ask us about it and we will tell you whether it is coming back or name the closest replacement.

Counts come from our inventory system, not from an estimate. A reading older than a day says when it was counted rather than presenting itself as current, and one older than a week is not shown at all. Use Check again in the buy box for a live count.
